iKhaya Biltong

"iKhaya" means "house/home" in Zulu, one of the languages of South Africa.

"Biltong"  is dried, cured meat that originated in Southern Africa as a form of meat preservation prior to refrigeration.  This supplied  durable food for the people migrating through the country.

We use New Zealand pure beef and bring the African flavours and method to taste this delicatessen from our home here in Tasman.

Eat as a healthy snack anytime. Or enjoy your keto supplement. Take it on a tramp or a kayak or camping trip. Add it to a dish or a sandwich.

Packed as approx 500g tight vacuum-packed bags for one month storage, whole pieces.  This is best to take on long tramps or if you want to stock up and freeze for later.

Alternatively light vacuum bags, sliced for delivery/collection and easy consumption within one week once opened. Can be stored unopened for a month in the fridge.
